Viewing of Homes – Check availability and set up appointments; provide information on homes visited

The Offer – Provide a brief Comparative Market Analysis on home to determine appropriate offer price; discuss: what makes a good offer, deposits, and multiple offer situation

Negotiate Offer – Discuss and determine the best negotiating strategy to achieve buyer’s desired terms in the purchase contract

Inspections – Review with buyer: the types of inspections and inspectors available, the inspection process, results, requests for remedies and possible renegotiation of terms with seller

Resources – Provide buyer with appropriate resources to obtain necessary or desired information on the home or the community

Closing – Coordinate closing process with buyer, seller’s agent, mortgage company and attorneys. Do final walk through with buyer before closing
